New Report Features: Instant Downloads, In-App Previews & .xlsx Support

Navigating and downloading reports shouldn’t slow you down. Our new updates for Atlas and Prime empower you to access, preview, and export data effortlessly—giving you the tools to work smarter, not harder.

Here’s What’s New:

  • Improved Navigation and Filtering: The design of Atlas reports now matches Prime, making it simpler to navigate and apply filters, helping you quickly find the data you need.
  • Instant Downloads: You can now download reports directly from your browser for both Atlas and Prime, eliminating the need to rely on email exports.
  • Support for .xlsx Format: Reports are now available in .xlsx format, enabling advanced Excel features like formulas and visualizations, providing more flexibility compared to .csv.
  • In-App Report Previews: Preview reports before downloading to ensure that the correct filters are applied, reducing the chance of downloading incorrect data.
  • Export History: Access previous downloads from Atlas at any time, while admin users can track all report downloads across the business, ensuring easy access and audit control.

Track Deliveries Efficiently with Real-Time Rider ETA & Customer Name on Prime App

Our restaurant partners who rely heavily on the Prime App have expressed the need for more seamless access to order details and delivery status directly within the app.

To solve this, we've introduced two key updates to the Prime App:

  • Real-Time Rider ETA:
    The Real-Time Rider ETA feature, previously available only on Prime Web, is now available on the Prime App. You can now view estimated rider arrival times for your Swiggy orders directly in the Order Tracker, providing seamless delivery tracking.
  • Customer Name with Order ID:
    Customer names now appear alongside order IDs in the order list view, making order management smoother, especially on larger screens like tablets. You can also search for orders using either the customer’s name or the order ID in the app’s search bar.

You can further customize customer details on invoices by going to Company Admin → Print Template → Select Online or In-store Invoice template. Toggle to show or hide each customer information.

We've got some exciting news—UrbanPiper is now live with The Chefz! 🚀 The Chefz is one of the leading online food ordering platforms in KSA, offering customers a wide variety of restaurant options. 

You can now seamlessly manage your menu, orders, and analytics of The Chefz platform directly via UrbanPiper, along with other leading food delivery platforms like HungerStation, Jahez, and Careem, all from one place.

If you’re already using The Chefz or interested in onboarding with the platform, get in touch with us to integrate your orders directly into your POS today!

Small-But-Mighty Updates

Ensure Accurate Order Tracking with Updated Action Buttons in Prime: Restaurant staff often mistakenly used the “Dispatch” and “Complete” buttons in Prime for orders where logistics are managed by platforms like Swiggy and Zomato, leading to inaccurate status updates and timestamps. These buttons are now only enabled for Pick-Up and Self-Delivery orders, while they are disabled for platform-managed orders, ensuring accurate status updates and timestamps.
