Effortlessly Find & Export Reports with Prime’s Latest Update

Have you ever felt overwhelmed while finding your restaurant’s data? Trying to navigate through multiple filters, report formats, and names all at once? 

Making so many decisions on one screen can be frustrating and lead to confusion which can slow down your decision-making.

Our latest updates to Prime Reports address these issues head-on. 

Here’s what you can expect:

  1. Detailed Descriptions: Each report now comes with a clear description, making it easier to understand and utilize the information provided.
  2. Enhanced Search Functionality: Easily search for reports by name, subcategory, and description, ensuring you find exactly what you need quickly.
  3. Simplified Workflow: Previously, reports with both PDF and CSV formats were shown separately. Now, you simply choose your report, apply filters, and click the export button to download or share it via email in both formats.
  4. Your Reports Log: Every report you export is now available under ‘Your Reports’. This log includes all downloads you’ve made, showing the category, type, name, timestamp, filters applied, & report size. You can quickly download reports again and search or filter your logs by category & time of download for a better export experience.

Ensure you’re up to date with these changes by clicking the “update now” button on the top right of your Prime dashboard.

Assign Deliveries with Local Delivery Partners Using Dash on the Prime App!

We are excited to announce that Dash, previously available only on the web version, is now extended to the Prime app to better serve our restaurant partners who frequently use tablets for managing their orders.

Now, you can request riders via local delivery partners like Shadowfax and Dunzo directly from the Prime app using Dash. This service is available for self delivery orders received through food delivery apps like Zomato & Swiggy, as well as your own website & apps, including Meraki, ensuring a unified delivery management system.

What is Dash?

Dash is a platform designed to provide flexibility in managing your restaurant's delivery needs. If you don't have your own delivery fleet, Dash ensures your orders are delivered seamlessly through trusted local partners.

Assigning Riders via Dash on the Prime App is easy:

  • Acknowledge the order in the Prime app.
  • For orders that you don’t want delivered through food delivery apps or orders received through your own website & apps, select the option to assign a rider.
  • Tap on the Assign Rider icon.
  • Select Dash and click on Request Rider.
  • The request will be sent to the local delivery partner, and a rider will be assigned. 
  • If the rider assignment fails, you can retry the process by tapping on the Assign Rider icon again.

Never Miss a Complaint From Your Zomato Customer Again. Prime Now Keeps You Updated in Real-Time!

Imagine a customer raising a complaint on Zomato about bad food quality or packaging issues, and you miss it because it wasn’t promptly brought to your attention. 

This delay not only frustrates the customer but also damages your restaurant's reputation. 

Our latest update ensures you stay on top of customer complaints from Zomato in real-time. Now, when a customer raises a complaint on their Zomato app, you'll receive a notification directly on your Prime dashboard. Simply click on the warning icon against corresponding orders on Prime’s Order Tracker to view the complaint details. 

Click on the “Resolve” icon to get redirected to Zomato's complaint center to address the concern promptly.

  • Complaint Categories: Complaints would be tagged into categories like bad food quality or packaging issues.
  • Direct Access: One-click redirection to handle issues efficiently.
