We are excited to announce that Dash, previously available only on the web version, is now extended to the Prime app to better serve our restaurant partners who frequently use tablets for managing their orders.
Now, you can request riders via local delivery partners like Shadowfax and Dunzo directly from the Prime app using Dash. This service is available for self delivery orders received through food delivery apps like Zomato & Swiggy, as well as your own website & apps, including Meraki, ensuring a unified delivery management system.

Dash is a platform designed to provide flexibility in managing your restaurant's delivery needs. If you don't have your own delivery fleet, Dash ensures your orders are delivered seamlessly through trusted local partners.

This delay not only frustrates the customer but also damages your restaurant's reputation.
Our latest update ensures you stay on top of customer complaints from Zomato in real-time. Now, when a customer raises a complaint on their Zomato app, you'll receive a notification directly on your Prime dashboard. Simply click on the warning icon against corresponding orders on Prime’s Order Tracker to view the complaint details.
Click on the “Resolve” icon to get redirected to Zomato's complaint center to address the concern promptly.
