June 2024 Product Updates: What's New in Our Restaurant Tech Platform

This month, we're serving up exciting new features to help your restaurant run even smoother! Discover how you can now enjoy reduced printing costs with our compact designs for Bills & KOTs & how you can now directly identify customer complaints of Swiggy Orders on Prime!

Compact Design for Bills & KOTs

Longer bills and KOTs can result in increased printing costs. Our team has optimized the length of your Bills & KOTs to make them much more concise and relevant for you.

Fields like discount only appear if applicable. If the bill is settled, the outstanding row won’t print. The customer section is omitted if details are unavailable.

Optional rows now include Swiggy delivery passcode, barcode, location, and cashier’s name. For clarity, we’ve added a row for Total Item Quantity and changed the label "Total" to "Bill Total Value."

Important details like location name, 'Paid' label, item name, and order instructions are now in bold and larger font for quick reference.

The improved bill and KOT templates are now available by default on Prime for you to start using right away!

This update is now available for all our restaurant partners in India.

Identify Customer Complaints of Swiggy Orders on Prime

Now, when a customer raises a complaint on their Swiggy app, you'll receive a notification directly on your Prime dashboard. Simply click on the warning icon against corresponding orders on Prime’s Order Tracker, to view the complaint details. 

Click on the “Resolve” icon to get redirected to Swiggy's complaint center to address the concern promptly.
