Previously, our printer capabilities in Prime had different print templates across various printer types. Setting up printers also required trial and error causing friction during setup.

Our latest Universal Image Printing, simplifies printer setup and ensures consistent prints for Bills & KOTs across all supported printer types.

No More Surprises! Resolve Menu Pull Issues Faster with Clear Error Banners

While importing your menu from your POS, errors previously required support, often causing delays and dependencies. Now, Atlas provides real-time error banners, making it easier for you to identify and resolve menu pull issues independently.

What’s New:

Clear and Actionable Insights: Error banners now display the root cause of menu pull failures, such as missing configurations, incorrect menu data formats, or connection errors.

Faster Troubleshooting: Detailed insights are available via side drawers, helping you resolve issues like missing POS IDs or payload validation errors immediately.

This update is now live for all restaurant partners using the Import Menu from POS feature on Atlas.

Ensure SFDA Compliance: Add Nutritional & Allergen Details to HungerStation with UrbanPiper

Restaurants on HungerStation can now configure and display nutritional and allergen information in line with Saudi Food & Drug Authority (SFDA) mandates. This update ensures your listings meet regulatory requirements while providing clear visibility for customers.

You can add nutritional details manually in Atlas, upload via sheets, or sync from your POS during menu publishing. You can also configure allergens as tags in Atlas or pull them directly from your POS.

How to Set It Up:

1. Add Nutritional Info: Go to the Custom Fields section in Atlas, add a new group, and input required attributes like calories, fat, protein, etc.

2. Configure Allergens: Assign system-managed allergen tags to items and modifiers under Catalogue > Tags > HungerStation.

3. Publish Your Menu: Push the updates to HungerStation for seamless compliance.

Small-But-Mighty Updates

1️⃣ Keep Your Inventory Fresh & Waste-Free with Batch & Expiry Tracking:

We’re making inventory management smarter and simpler with Batch Number & Expiry Tracking in Prime Inventory’s Batch Production module. Here’s how it helps you:

Stay on Top of Freshness: Set shelf-life limits for recipes with easy “Expires In (Days)” tracking to ensure every dish meets your quality standards.

Effortless Batch Tracking: Automatic batch number assignment keeps your inventory organized and traceable, from raw materials to final products.

Actionable Insights: Access detailed reports with batch numbers and expiry data to make informed stock decisions in real time.

This feature is currently being piloted with select restaurant partners and will soon be available to all. Stay tuned!

2️⃣ Copy Menus Effortlessly with the New Menu Import Feature:

The Menu Import feature on Atlas now lets you quickly copy sections, subsections, or items from an existing menu into a new or updated one.

In an existing menu, click on ‘Add Menu Section’ for sections or ‘Add Item’ for individual items. From there, you can select the “Copy from Existing Menu” option, choose the desired sections or items, and click Save to finalize the import.

Associated modifier groups and modifiers are also included seamlessly. This update simplifies menu updates, and helps speed up onboarding and go-live of your menus.

3️⃣ Unlock Regional Insights with Location Group Filters in Analytics:

Tracking and comparing performance across regions is now simpler than ever with the new Location Group Filters in Atlas Analytics. Here’s how it helps you:

Focus Your View: Use pre-configured Location Groups (like all stores in a city or region) as filters for tailored data insights.

Compare Side-by-Side: Analyze up to 4 groups simultaneously in the Compare Tab, with overlapping locations displayed separately for maximum clarity.

Smart Aggregation: Overlapping locations are dynamically aggregated in Analytics, with transparent banners ensuring you always have the full picture.

Create or edit your Location Groups under “Groups”, mark them as “Use in Data Filters”, filter and then compare in Atlas Analytics.

4️⃣ Faster, Smoother Bill Punching with Keyboard Shortcuts:

Peak-hour order management for cashiers just got faster with the new keyboard shortcuts on Prime POS Web. Must-Know Shortcuts You’ll Love:

Quick Start: Press Alt + N to open a new bill with the search bar ready to go.

Easy Item Search: Search by name or code, navigate with arrow keys, and hit Enter to add items.

Swift Modifications: Adjust orders with Space to select modifiers and Tab to switch groups.

Seamless Payments: Finalize payments with Shift + Enter and use arrow keys to select payment modes.

Fast Clear: Clear bills in a snap by pressing Shift + Enter again.

Prefer the mouse? No problem—this feature is completely optional!

5️⃣ Enhanced Localization with New Language Options & Labels on Prime:

We’re thrilled to announce that Prime now supports English (US) and English (UK), offering enhanced localization for our restaurant partners.

Along with these language additions, two key labels have been updated for a more intuitive experience:

“Acknowledged” is now “Accept”

“Aggregator” is now “Ordering Platform”

Switching to your preferred language is easy, go to User Profile in Prime. Select Change Language and choose between English (US) or English (UK).

This update is now available for all our restaurant partners in the UK & US.
