Conceived in the early 1960s by Sh. Om Prakash Kathuria, Om Sweets began as a small sweet shop that has now flourished into a family owned enterprise with a total of 17 outlets across three cities in NCR. These outlets serve Sweets, and cuisines spanning Indian, Continental, Chinese, South Indian & Regional foods. Om Sweets has major expansion plans across the country through express retail outlets, takeaways, and casual dining retail outlets. The group plans to enter the export market of ready-to-eat packed snacks and namkeens starting with United States, Europe and Middle East markets.
On this journey of expansion across cities, Om Sweets faced numerous challenges around restaurant management.
