There were 2 key challenges that the brand was facing before it integrated with UrbanPiper. One, the brand wanted to do away with the manual punching of orders. Not only did they feel that their resources could be better utilised, but they were looking for a solution that would enable orders to flow into their system instantaneously.
Secondly, it wanted to make missed and delayed orders a thing of the past. While punching orders was always a tedious process, it was during peak hours that this led to greater challenges for the brand as it became hard to keep up with the order flow. In the peak hours, it would take 15-20 minutes for agents just to punch orders into the POS, leading to delays.
